のぞみ : Good job :) Did you mean to say "gargle" in the second sentence? because in Arabic it's الغرغرة.
If yes, Is gargling beneficial in this case? I mean does it work if we don't want to catch flu?
Cold in this case, doesn't mean "برد" literally :) In Arabic this "cold" means الرَشْح/ الزُكَام. Look at point # 5 in this link:<em> http://www.almaany.com/ar/dict/ar-ar/%D8%B1%D8%B4%D8%AD/</em>;

Hi! I am also learning Arabic so I will try and help to whatever degree I can. I have changed the form of 'become' (يصبح) so that it is talking about the weather. I have added علينا أن نغسل يدينا to say it is important 'on us to wash our hands'. I think غسل is a better word for wash and I have put hands into the dual form; because we have two :] The last correction uses لذالك which is a way of saying 'so that'.
