But as is known to all, the price of buying a house in China is too high to afford, in sometimes it may higher than cities in USA and ENGLAND, especially in big cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou. The speed of rising in price is rapid and surprising. When you work hard and save as much money as you can, you’ll find that the price rises at the same time., and you can hardly catch up the price. After hard working 5-6, or even more years. you can only bear the down payment. Which cause tremendous stress to the young man. With the development of society, people should change some ideas. I think the life will happier and more comfortable to rent a house than buy one. First, it is more convenient for us to move for job reason or personal reason at any time, All you need to do is to make a call with the landlords and take your pack. Second, it has less economic stress to rent than to but one, we just need to pay a small part of our income, and we will have enough money to spend as we wish.
