Would you please correct this letter for me? it is very important for me.Thank you in advance Dear Dr xxx I am pleased to submit an original research paper entitled “xxx” for consideration by the "xxx Journal". I believe this paper, in spite of its simplicity, can have interesting results for all researchers who are interested in region at the center of our world. Here are three important issues which I want to emphasize: 1- I graduated three years ago and now I am not affiliated anywhere. Therefore, based on a response to my question which I received from Dr xxx, I have written (Independent scholar and the name of country and city) instead of (the name and address of university or research institute). 2- On August 29, I sent the paper with similar title to ...journal which was rejected on September 23. Since then, I have studied the referee's report carefully. I also communicate with Professor James of xxx University and Professor Thomas of xxx University. Using the suggestions coming from referee's report and Professor James (about calculation of the xxx equation), I have changed several parts of the paper which was the main problem to improve the paper and now I think it doesn't have any serious problem. Moreover after this changes, this paper has been reviewed by Professor Thomas for the issues related to region at the center. 3- In the Manuscript submitted on August 29, I acknowledged the referee before receiving his/her report and this led to make misunderstanding for the him/her. In the reviewer's report he/she thought I had submitted the paper for another journal before ... journal. Here I want to emphasize again I haven't submitted the paper to any conference or journal but xxx journal, and the expressing appreciation in the Manuscript is because this is the first time which I send a Manuscript to a journal for publication. Anyway, I hope you find my manuscript suitable for publication and look forward for hearing from you. Thank you for your consideration Best regard The formal name will be replaced here
