A formal letter to the council

To Whom It May Concern:

I'm writing to ask for help with making my driveway wider. I find it difficult to park my car on there. The only way to park there (or, do it) is to drive in reverse to the driveway because then I can join to the road easily. Unfortunately, however, the entrance to the driveway is very narrow. Furthermore, my house is situated on a very busy road and opposite to (or, across from) a school. The road is marked to not park cars. (or, Parking is not allowed on the road.) As a result, I am unable to park the car even opposite to (or, across from) the entrance to my driveway. I'm worried that I will have an accident due to this issue, and  I would appreciate it if the council could make the driveway a bit wider, allowing me to park safely.

Lately, I also have a big issue with the boiler that was installed in my daughter's bedroom. At night, when the heater is turning on, the boiler makes a lot of noise, causing my daughter to wake up. I can hear it in my room, too, which is next to hers. I wonder if it would be possible to move the boiler on downstairs. For instance, perhaps it could be placed under the stairs, or in the kitchen's storage area, or in another suitable place.

I am most grateful for your attention to these matters. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Regards,

Good luck!

formal letter to council

To whom it may concern,
I'm writing to ask for help to make my driveway wider as im finding it difficult to park my car there. The only way to park there is reverse to the driveway because then I can join to the road more easily, but unfortunately the entrance to driveway is very narrow. My house is situated on very busy road and opposite is a school and thereforei am unable  to park my car outside my house.

Also I have no chance to park the car even next to the entrance to my driveway as I'm worried that i may have an accident.I would be grateful  if the council could make my driveway a bit wider so that i have a chance to park more safely. Also lately,I have a big issue with the boiler which is installed in my daughter's bedroom. At night when the heater is turning on boiler makes a lot of noise and my cannot sleep every night.I can also hear it in my room which is next to her room. Due to the noise, is it possible to move boiler  downstairs?for instance, under the stairs or in the kitchen storage or another suitable place.
I look forward to hearing from you and would be greatful if you could reply as soon as possible.
