Happy Thanksgiving!
Today, the 26th of November, is Thanksgiving day. I celebrated Thanksgiving day (or, the occasion) with my friends and their host family.
We don't have this kind of event in Japan, so I was really excited to have Thanksgiving dinner with them. We ate a really big turkey (not finishing even half of it with five people), stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, friendship bread, and pumpkin pies. They were all tasty. The thing is, I was so happy to spend time with my beloved people with casual talk (or, and engage in casual conversation). My eyes are bigger than my stomach. (* I would rearrange the sentences in this paragraph, as the last sentence seems unrelated to the one before it.)
I'm so thankful for all those all who support me: my parents, my teachers, and my lovely friends!
