A successful small business I’m going to talk a small business, which is a small restaurant. It mains serves traditional Chinese food. My family and I go there once in a while. Each time I go there, I always order steamed fish, which is supposed to be its specialty. I enjoy that dish very much. That’s the reason why I choose to go there. It’s situated in the southern suburb in my hometown city, within easy access to public transport. I live downtown, a little far away from the restaurant, so I need either to take a bus or ride my bicycle to get there. It is run by a family. The daughter, who is pretty warm-hearted ,works as a waitress. I am not sure whether the chef is the son or the women’s boyfriend. I don’t know why they don’t employ more servers even though they are always on the go. I have at least a few good reasons to say this business is quite successful. Whenever I eat there, they have no shortage of customers, and I’ve got to wait for a long time. Most of its consumers, including me, go there because of its special flavor. You can’t find anywhere else to enjoy that kind of flavor in my hometown. Not only that, the family who owns the business is much wealthier than most of its neighbors.
