I WORK IN A HYPOCRITICAL PLACE

Today I will practice telling you things that happen in my work.

I have a boss not a leader, she has created a bad enviroment in my work, she always speaks about the others behind them.

I think she does not have the enough leadership. I am feeling frustrated because I hate it.

I am thinking that this situation is bad for me. I have to do something, but I do not know what to do yet.
