They use their strengths as much as possible in order to make of their weaknesses a moot point. These kinds of people have no time to bewail. They don't care about the past and keep moving forward to the present, because right here is where progress occurs. They are not obsessed by future events that are out of their control. They feel comfortable with living in a world where a crystal ball does not exist, because life is supposed to be an exciting adventure and not a routine written on a stone. They experiment the nuances of the moment in each day of their lives. People who have emotional intelligence know that hearing and listening are two different things, and don't let negativity controls their brain. They never meet a stranger they don't like. They don't care about their age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or political affiliation; they love them all equally, as we are all human beings. People who have emotional intelligence can interpret the meaning of gestures, expressions, and body language.
