Health benefits for being a vegeterian There are some benefits of being a vegeterian. One of them that vegetarianism is a good basis for nutritional eating becouse poor nutrition is a greatest risk our health. Vegetarianism does lower your weight. Because usually vegeterians eat a lot of fiber and stomach can spend more energy to digesting food. Also "green" food has not a lot calories. And usually people eat food small portions. Being vegeterian means lower cholestirol. Because you don't eat a lot of oil or fat and red meat and also increase fiber. If you become a vegeterian you increase natural foods consumption. You prefer natural organic food, because it tasty and you don't eat much fast food as you have some limits of choice. But being a vegeterian is so boring...

Healthy and good  benefits for being a vegeterian.

There are some benefits of being a vegeterian. One of them is that vegetarianism is basical for nutritional and healthy eating, since lack of well nutrition is a great risk for our health.


Vegetarianism cans lower your body-weight. Because usually vegeterians eat a lot of fiber and stomach cans spend more energy for digesting all food. Also the called "green food"  has not a lot calories content. And usually people eat food in small portions.
Being vegeterian means lower cholesterol since you don't eat a lot of oil or fat, and red meat. Vegetarians  increase fiber consumption instead.
If you become a vegeterian you would increase your natural food intake. You would prefer natural organic food because its taste, and you won't eat fast food anymore as well as you have freewill.
But being a vegeterian is so boring...
