Should grades in school be given? School brings friends and knowledge to students. However, nowadays it also takes along lots of problems, one of them is about grades. Although giving grades is considered as creating an aim for students, grades should not be given in school because of its effect on students, their family as well as school. It not only increases student’s pressure but also lead to cheating in school. First of all, teachers give grades to evaluate a student‘s study. That means a student is good or not base on the grade. People who around him look at his grade to assess how he is. Therefore, to be considered as good students, students have to try their best to get high grades. As a result, grades become an invisible burden which will make students more and more stressful. Secondly, grades take to cheating- one of the most harmful problems in school. Students cheat to receive high grade. If grades did not exist, student would not worry about grades and how to get high grades and absolutely cheating will be disappear. All in all, the grade is a part of school and have an important role but it also put disadvantage because of its pressure.
