I can't speak English I'm a Korean guy. Most Koreans pass through certain track of educations. Some of the educations are essential, others are optional. Since when I was a kid, I have been studying English for a very, very long time from essential educations; elementary school, middle school, and high school, to optional educations; colleges, universities, academies, after school activities, and so on. I even majored English Language and Literature in university. However, the problem is that I can't do speak English. I heard that the main reason why foreigners can't speak English well is that they are afraid of making mistakes. I agree with that opinion to some degree, but the more serious thing is there's no chance at all to speak English with others in most Koreans' everyday lives.
