False. In spain we use both USTED & TÚ and USTEDES & VOSOTROS. The only difference is USTED/USTEDES is used to denote a more formal relation, while TÚ/VOSOTROS is used for closer ones. In many Latin Amercan countries, they often use USTED/USTEDES for pretty much everything.

Hi Asal. You know, instead of "Vosotros hablais", you could say "Ustedes hablan". “Vosotros” and “Ustedes” are a formal way to refer to other people. In the others examples, you could say: “Ustedes trabajan” and “Ustedes comen” I hope it help you.
