Is either the early estimulation a parent`s issue or is a goverment`s issue? No matter how many times, I have thought it, the answer to this question have still eluded me. Nevertheless it`s my opinion that the government isn`t entitled to state the relation between parents and sons. By the other hand, if we don`t help the people who is troubled with this aspect of parenting we could commit a terrible mistake as deprivating childrens of appropiate stimulation. Supposing there is a sick orphan toddler in a hospital who needs to be stimulated whenever he needs. Although, I think the responsability of breeding belongs to the parents, since the day he has been abandoned, the responsability relay in the social care system, in other word the government. Lest no doubt about my statement on this subject, I should say, wherever a kid have a functional social net wich allows to protect him there is no space for stragers, otherwise the social could take care of him.
