一封信

親愛的爸爸媽媽﹕
你們好﹗最近你們身體好嗎﹖工作忙不忙﹖
我們快要考試了﹐所以我現在特別忙。從星期一到星期五﹐每天上午都去學校上課。星期二和星期四的下午我還有輔導﹐別的下午我常常去圖書館看報或者看雜誌。今天是星期六﹐我有空兒﹐給你們寫信。
這兒的老師和同學都很好。我現在有很多朋友。保羅是我的新朋友﹐他是上個月從英國來的。他會說法文﹐以前也學過一點兒中文。
我住的地方很不錯﹕附近有很多商店和飯館兒﹐離汽車站也很近﹐吃飯﹐坐車﹐買東西都非常方便。房東對我們很好﹐常常請我們一起吃飯。房東太太做的中國菜好吃極了﹐我特別喜歡吃她做的蝦。
到這兒以後﹐我每天都鍛煉身體﹐所以我身體很好﹐也沒有病過﹐請爸爸﹐媽媽放心。
現在已經八點二十了﹐我該去上課了。

A letter

Dear Mum and Dad,
Hello ! How are you doing lately ? Are you busy with work ?
We’ll have exams soon. and so I’m particularly busy now. From Monday to Friday, I attend class every morning. On Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, I also have tutoring. The other afternoon, I often go to the library to read the newspapers or magazines. Today is Saturday, I have some free time to write you a letter.
Teachers and students here are all very nice. I now have a lot of friends. Paul is my new friend. He arrived last month from England. He can speak French, and he also learnt a bit of Chinese in the past.
The place where I live is pretty good : There’s a lot of shops and restaurants around. The bus stop is close too. It’s very convenient to eat, take the bus or buy things. The landlord is very nice with us. Sometimes he would treat us to eat. The Chinese cuisine made by the landlord’s wife is extremely delicious. I especially like the shrimps.
Until now, I’ve trained my body every day, so my health is very good, and I never got sick. Please, Mum and Dad, don’t worry for me.
It’s already 8:20 am, I need to go to class.
Please often write me letters. Best wishes.
