Mama mi je poslala 10kg naranči iz Shizuoke. – This sentence is ok .  In this case “naranči”  is genitive plural (sometimes when a base of a feminine noun ends with a consonat group (naraa), the genitive plural ending is ‘- i’  (not ‘-a’ as usual) so  we say ‘10kg jabuka (10kg of apples)’ ‘10kg banana (10kg of bananas)’  but ‘10kg narai’). However, this is not always the case. With some consonant groups before the ending the ‘fleeting a’ appears in the genitive plural. The example is a noun ‘kruška (pear)' à genitive plural is ‘krušaka’ – ‘10kg krušaka (10kg of pears)'.
However, after ‘10kg’ we use genitive.

Mama mi je poslala 10kg kutiju kutiju od 10kg narančiz Shizuoke.
    'kutiju' is accusative singular
    'naranči' is genitive plural
After 'kutiju od 10kg' we also use genitive plural which is 'naranči'.

Also, if you write a full word 'kilogram' instead of 'kg', the first sentence is:
Mama mi je poslala 10 kilograma naranči iz Shizuoke.
    'kilograma' is accusative singular
    'naranči' is genitive plural
