1. Because you already use "bởi vì", you don't need, and shouldn't use "vì vậy". Just like in English, you don't usually use "Because", then "so" in the same sentence.
2. I delete this part because it doesn't fit in the sentence, gramatically. If you can provide the English version I will help you with the Vietnamese.
