Yuki

I've now had several lessons with Yuki Sensei, and want to both recommend her to other learners, and thank her for her amazing tuition, anyone seeking a patient and genuinely engaged teacher should absolutely take a lesson with her. She always takes the time to explain clearly and give detailed and thoughtful examples, and guides lessons with a great deal of care. in my time learning with Yuki I've been thankful that she allows space for me to divert the topics under discussion to allow me to properly grasp things in a wider or more detailed way, and let the lesson return to the subject at hand without following a rigid plan, it gives me confidence to ask questions and make me feel that im making steady measurable progress with my learning. Yuki is an amazing teacher who is incredibly kind and patient. She is more than eager to explain anything you do not understand and she is diligent to take notes for your during the lesson. I had taken lessons with a handful of teachers on iTalki and she is definitely the best. Her lessons are worth far more than what she is charging IMO.

Yuki-sensei is a truly wonderful teacher, especially for conversational practice. She creates such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere that it feels effortless to talk with her. I really appreciate that she consistently provides personalized feedback after each lesson. Plus, the vocabulary lists she shares after our sessions are incredibly useful for reinforcing what I've learned. If you're looking for a supportive and effective Japanese teacher, I highly recommend Yuki-sensei!

Yuki really is a amazing teacher. She knows exactly what words and grammar I don't know so every-time she uses them while we have a class she will promptly ask me "聞いたことがある？” and I'm always so impressed that amongst all of her ongoing lessons with other students she manages to have a really firm grasp of what i do and don't know. I say this because it goes to show how sincere, mindful, present, capable and detail-oriented Yuki is with her students. If she is still accepting students then I would put in a request sooner than later to get onto her schedule. I have been taking classes with Yuki for almost a year now and i started at almost zero knowledge and in just one year thanks to Yuki i have reached the N3 level. I can already enjoy native material and our lessons are 99% in Japanese. I can already communicate comfortably with native speakers about everyday life. I've never gone to formal language school, just meeting with Yuki twice a week. Thanks a million as always Yuki ✨

Thanks to Yuki, after 2.5 years of learning from her, i have reached a basic level of fluency ❤️ It has been such a fun and rewarding journey with her help and guidance. Now, while living in Tokyo, i can have daily interactions and conversations stress free. I can’t recommend her teaching enough. Yuki’s personality and natural nack for teaching makes learning effective, easy and fun. She is very positive with any needed corrections and always offers multiple alternative phrases and words to express things in a natural way. She also provides detailed feedback for review. I have improved with each kanji and conversation class I have taken. 頑張っています！
