Are you agree with me that the english grammer is not necessary for english learning

no i am not agree with you because grammer is very necessary to learn english .if you have a good in grammar you can learn english .

otherwise you dont learn this

I think English grammar is important in learning English.It's base.

Ok, let me be the first person thinking otherwise. :) As I uderstood, the question was "do you need to know grammar rules to speak English fluently?". The answer is: not at all. Just look at childeren, they know langueage quite well about 6 years old (probably much more better then me after long years of learning) when they have no idea about grammar.
