Learning French…..(secret revealed) ?

Barrington

Whatever your reasons for visiting or relocating to France, you will be more effective and enjoy it more if you are able to communicate in French.

Yes, there is a secret and it’s called français langue étrangère. What’s that, I hear you say. Well, it’s a technique for learning French the fun, easy and natural way, interacting directly with a trained and experienced specialist native FLE (français langue étrangère) teacher.

The unique Eurolingua One-to-One French Homestay Programme will ensure that you make maximum progress in the shortest possible time, whatever your starting level, beginner to advanced. You live full-board in the home of your fully-qualified Eurolingua French language tutor, receiving 3, 4 or 5 hours per day (15, 20 or 25 hours per week) of individual français langue étrangère, specifically adapted to your own level, learning pace and interests, whether for business or pleasure!! The rest of the time you benefit from lots of conversational practice by participating in the usual everyday family activities of your personal tutor and family and by meeting people in the local community. You may, of course, have as much independent time as you wish. You acquire an authentic accent, total confidence and real fluency in the language. Allons-y!! http://www.eurolingua.com/content/view/212/315/lang,english/

Hi Barry,

Le monde est effectivement devenu un petit village !

Thanks to internet, communication is now but a kid's game...

Many thanks for letting me know about the site, it does correspond to what I need in terms of useful virtual language platform.

Warm regards
from Seine et Marne

Hello Jean-Marie,
I think it is useful too!!
I put Eurolingua on the site because we have a major corporate contract for training Portuguese in Portugal and I need more native Portuguese homestay tutors. Teaching Portuguese in Portugal is not at all like either language schools or homestays in other parts of Europe. The language schools do not seem to offer more than 12 hours per week !! We have two tutors in Lisbon who are constantly busy week after week and we still need more!

By the way, I think you would do better to put your proposal text in English (and French?) to promote the French online lessons. Students wanting to learn French are more likely to search and find you in ENGLISH. Your level of French in the description may be a challenge for them. Just a thought!!
à bientôt
Barry
