Please make friends with new guys (comers)

I know,there are many new guys,just like me, want to learn english,or practice english here.But they know  little  about here,don't know what should they do first or where can they start from? So,I hope some kind guys can offer some great  sugestions to help those people and make friends with them . Thank you very much,and expect your reply, be my friends
