:) Moving to Helsinki

Hey there. I was thinking about moving to Helsinki sooner or later, since I've toooootally fallen in love with this town, Finns, Finnish attitude and - last but not least - Uni Helsinki provides some of the best courses in Semiotics all over Europe. Any advice for a new comer? (flat rentals, part-time jobs...)
