Here´s one I found: http://www.romanianlessons.com/ It has a menu on the left with some introductory lessons through English, explaining pronunciation, subject pronouns, basic verbs, plurals, articles etc (10 lessons in all). It also has some files for French, Dutch and Spanish speakers, as well as some other stuff. Developed by 2 American guys. Free.

Well this one is not online but it´s downloadable from the net: http://www.byki.com/ It´s a website with software for learning 64 languages, including Romanian. There is a ¨lite¨ version which is free, and you can buy other modules and functions (if I understood well). Very good for learning vocabulary.
