I know that grammar is not very popular among students. But if you want to use Czech well, you need a bit of grammar.
To start with I have decided to write something about Czech nouns and their declination.
In the table you can see how to decline the nouns (you add a suffix to the noun).

| 2. pád |
bez koho/čeho? (without whom/what?) |

| 3. pád |

dative |
| 4. pád |
vidím koho/co? (I see) |
accusative |
| 5. pád |
oslovujeme/voláme (I address/call) |
vocative |
| 6. pád |
o kom/čem? (about whom/what?) |
locative |
| 7. pád |

There are three
genders in Czech: masculine, feminine, and neuter. Masculine is animate and inanimate.
Nouns are declined according to these words:
1) masculine gender:
a) animate: pán, muž, předseda, soudce
b) inanimate: hrad, stroj
2) feminine gender: žena, růže, píseň, kost
3) neuter: město, moře, kuře, stavení
Words for individuals with biological gender usually have the corresponding grammatical gender.
examples:
Praha - according to žena
most - according to hrad
těsto - according to město
Jana - according to žena
gerbera - according to žena
internet - according to hrad
pes - according to pán
You can find declination of these genders in any good grammar book.
Hope you enjoyed the lesson.
