Hi,
I'm also a new face here!!
My lack vocabulary of Cestina has:
Ahoj = Hello! / Hi! / Bye! (informal)
Čau / Nazdar - Hello / Bye (even more informal)
Dobry den = Good day!
Dobré ráno = Good morning (using only early morning)
Dobry Večer = Good evening!
Dobrou noc = Good night!
Děkuji = Thank you (formal)
Díki = Thank you (informal)
Prosím = Please / You're welcome
Jak se máš? = How are you? (familiar; singular)
Jak se máte? = How are you? (formal; plural)
and also:
Pan = Mister
Pani = Miss
but with ALL declinations, the suffix can be changed,
but I don't know when, neither how!!
PS:I'm not anglic native,
but I would like to deal with this group!!
Hi,
I am really pleased that so many people have joined my language group.
I was a bit offline.
Just to correct the spelling:
Díky - the spelling is with "y"
declinations
Egypťané na to již přišli, že je dobré se učit česky.
