Would someone please translate these into Norwegian?
I turned on the TV in order to watch the game.
I turned on the TV so that Sara could watch the show.
She told me not to make any decisions.
The doctor told me to do some sports.

She told me not to make any decisions. = Hun ba meg om å ikke ta noen avgjørelser (well actually this means she asked me not to.)
The doctor told me to do some sports. - in Norwegian I would rather say something like "The doctor recomended I'd start working out" = Legen / doktoren anbefalte meg å begynne å trene

In this instance this is supposed to mean <Thanks for your kindness.> A norwegian friend of mine suggests this is right to say. I don't know is she is right....
You can say "Tusen takk for din elskverdighet" or "Tusen takk for elskverdigheten din", but it's not a much used phrase. I would have used "Tusen takk for hjelpen" instead - meaning thank you for your help.
