Myanmar zagar without the script

I know a little myanmar but I can not write the script.. Does anyone know how to transliterate Myamar zaga using english letters.

for example:

nei kaun dha lar?       means how is your health = how are you. 

chei zu thin bar dae    means  thank you

any more help (especially from Myanmar lu) would be appreciated.
