Yes, but it's not quite finished yet - take a look at

I think the first few chapters are done and the rest should be up by the time you're through that. The audio is still being added, so please be patient, but this will be an excellent resource when its complete.

If you can't yet read Thai, another fantastic resource for beginners is provided by Chiang Mai university here:
