I think learning English is a long process.One should have the confidence in learning English well.
At first, one should imtate native speakers' pronunciation.
Then,they must practise,becuse practice makes perfect.
Finally,they should communicate with others as often as possible.

I like to improve my english watching the same movie a lot of times - first, subtitles in my first language, after that - no subtitles. After that, subtitles in english. After that - oh, you choose it :-) believe me: it works very well and you could find some interesting "director's stuff" hidden... !!!
