　　又到了和前妻卡萝初次嘿咻的纪念日，罗斯心烦意乱，遂跟随钱德和乔伊去看曲棍球比赛，不料遭球击中。

　　三位姑娘办了一场睡衣派对，菲比本想用魔豆的故事安慰瑞秋，却让三人都想到自己的人生没有明确的目标，情绪低迷；

　　后来因为送错的披萨，她们发现了在街对面的迷人的史特喷那彼拉斯先生，顿时欢天喜地。
