IMMERSE YOURSELF IN ENGLISH FOR ONE DAY

Immerse yourself in English for one whole day each week if possible. Listen to songs, watch movies and have a conversation with yourself as you do things, for example say to yourself: Now I am going outside and then I am going to walk to the bus stop. As you walk, describe the things you see: There is a cute dog , what a lovely coat, that tree has beautiful cherry blossoms, doesn't it? You can also keep a diary or post your thought in Notebook at the top of this page. Try this with a friend just for fun. Go to a cafe and talk in English the whole time.

Thanks, I didn't know anything about learning whilst I sleep. But I have a question. Is it better to watch a movie with subtitles or without them? Because when I watch a movie without subtitles, I can understand less, but I make a big effort to understand it. But when I watch a movie with subtitles, I mainly concentrate in reading than hearing.
