游泳运动概述

游泳的起源很早。远古时代，人类在布满江、河、湖、海的环境中生活，不可避免的要和水发生关系。在生产劳动和同大自然作斗争的过程中，就产生了游泳，并不断创造和发展了游泳的多种技能和方法。

Swimming came into human life centuries ago. In the ancient time, humans have to deal with the environment acrossed by rivers, lake, stream and sea....all different kinds of water. Within this period struggling with the nature, men came to know the skill of swimming...and later on, a lot of technique and style of swinmming were developed.
