WHY DOES GETTING ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH TAKE YEARS, AND YEARS, AND YEARS? - STUDY, PRACTICE, LEARN

Getting able to speak enough Spanish, studying it from the very beginning takes an EIGHT MONTHS average term; then why the terms in English go through years, and years, and endless years? It is because there are two kinds of languages: the systematic ones, which can be learned through just being in touch with its speakers, being it the best way for them. I mean, not being necessary to study it at an academy; and the abstract ones, which can’t. The way to get able to speak enough English, which is an abstract language, is academically studying it through a short program (12 months) to learn it without getting confused with writing learning yet; then it is necessary to practice it applying an appropriate program for abstract languages such as English. The problem is that historically till the present time, every English program tries to apply the every language teaching and practice same procedure, as if all the languages were products from the same factory.
