Alphabets in Indonesian same with alphabets in English, but the pronunciation for some alphabets are different. A pronounce like the A in Arm. example: Aku = I / Me. B pronounce like the B in Bell. example: Baju = Clothes. C pronounce like the C in Cherry. example: Cantik = Beautiful. D pronounce like the D in Dentist. example: Dan = And. E pronounce like the E in Elephant. example: Enak = Delicious. F same like F in English. example: Fakta = Fact G pronounce like the G in Get. example: Gajah = Elephant. H pronounce like the H in Hard. example: Hari = Day. I pronounce like the I in Inn. example: Ini = This. J pronounce like the J in Jelly. example: Jalan = Road. K pronounce like the K in Kind. example: Kado = Gift/Present. L same like L in English. example: Lada = Pepper. M same like M in English. example: Malam = Night. N same like N in English. example: Nama = Name. O same like O in English. example: Oli = Oil. P pronounce like the P in Pain. example: Pena = Pen. Q pronounce almost like Ki in Kill (Qi). Almost all words with q may also written with k. R pronounce like the R in Rage. example: Ragi = Yeast. S pronounce like the S in Side. example: Siapa = Who.
