If you wish to enrol as a fee paying student and study in a high school in the state of Victoria in Australia, you must contact the International Schools Program Unit (ISPU) to organize and approve your request.

The above website has all the costs. It costs approximately $AUS12,000 annually & board for family homestay & spending money and these are set by the ISPU.
Studying at Australian universities as an overseas exchange student.
Overseas students are only able to study in an overseas fee-paying place and must pay overseas student fees at Australian universities.
After 01 April 2012, international students will be required to have attained an overall academic IELTS (or equivalent) score of 7.5 across all 4 skill areas of speaking, listening, reading and writing – where there is no score below 7 in any of the four skills areas and a score of no less than 8 in speaking and listening.
