It's easy , just put the URL of the pic in the brackets
{div style="background-image: url(
Put the url of ur pic here )"}
(Here you can write anything u want)
{/div>}
"Note": Here for some reason I can't put "<" ">" here...so when u want to use this, plz substitute "{}" with "<>"
Put any pic u want , make ur page a better place to be viewed~
EditHow to add sound files to italki Knowledge
Please listen to this MP3 recording to find out how to add sound files to italki Knowledge:
boomp3.com
First, you will need a microphone. Some laptops have a built-in mic, but others will need to plug in an external mic. Make sure your computer is prepared to receive audio input from the Sound Options.
Next, you will need sound capture software. You can download this online (see below for a list of suggestions) or if you're using a PC, your computer already has this software. For PCs, go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment - > Sound Recorder. Now you can record your voice or any sound through your microphone.
When you save it, you will need to convert it to MP3. Its important to save it as MP3. Note the location you saved it to.
Next, go to a website like boomp3.com which allows you to upload MP3 sound files without being registered. Upload your MP3 file there.
Copy the code provided to you by the site. Start a new Knowledge page (either wiki or contribution). Click the <> button and paste the code generated by the site in between the resulting {{}}. This will embed your sound clip the Knowledge page.
Now anyone can listen to or download the MP3 you just made! Doing so will help others learn your native language!
italki is developing an easier way to put audio and video clips on italki. But in the meantime, I hope this has been helpful for putting audio clips on italki.
