Lesson 1

Overview: In this lesson, you will learn some basic greetings and words in Japanese. Hiragana is included in this lesson, but romanized Japanese (Romaji) is also included, so you do not need to learn the Hiragana until Lesson 6. However learning the Hiragana will help make learning faster.

I believe のうと should be written in Katakana -->  ノート (I'm a fan of Death Note). This is a good lesson, I wonder if it would be helpful to see some of these words written in Kanji.... mainly konnichiwa and konbanwa (今日は and 今晩は) if this is a new subject to anyone.  Hon (本) could be helpful, as the native name for the country of Japan is "NiHon" or "NipPon" (Written as 日本 either way).
