EditLesson 3
In this lesson you will learn how to say phone numbers and ask what someone else's phone number is in Japanese, and learn how to talk about your age.
EditPhone Numbers
- Question: Denwa bango wa nan desu ka? - (What is your phone number?)
- Answer: _ _ _ no (の) _ _ _ _ desu (です). - (Phone number)
Example: If your phone number was 987-6543, then if someone asked you what your phone number was in Japanese, you would reply:
Kyuu Hachi Nana no (acts as a dash)
Roku Go Yon San desu.
NOTES: Always use yon for 4 and nana for 7 in phone numbers. 0 is zero. If you want to ask someone's cellphone number, you add Keitai infront of the Denwa.
