1- Condicional no presente:



if + Simple Present, will-Future



If I find her address, I will send her an invitation= se eu encontrar o endereço dela, eu enviarei um convite

If I don’t see him this afternoon, I will phone him in the evening= se eu não vê-lo esta tarde, eu telefonarei pra ele à noite



2- Condicional no passado simples ou simple past (usado quando é improvável, mas possível, que a condição vá se realizar):

if + Simple Past, Conditional I (= would + Infinitive)

If I found her address, I would send her an invitation= se eu encontrasse o endereço dela, eu lhe enviaria um convite

If I had a lot of money, I wouldn’t stay here= se eu tivesse muito dinheiro, eu não ficaria aqui

If I were you, I would not do this= se eu fosse você, eu não faria isso (em orações condicionais usa-se "were" mesmo depois de I,he, she, it)



3- Condicional no "Past Perfect" (usado quando a condição é impossível de se realizar porque se refere a um evento passado):



if + Past Perfect, Conditional II (= would + have + Past Participle)



If I had found her address, I would have sent her an invitation= se eu tivesse encontrado o endereço dela, eu teria lhe enviado um convite

If I hadn’t studied, I wouldn’t have passed my exams= se eu não tivesse estudado, eu não teria passado no exame





if I had= se eu tivesse

if I were= se eu fosse

if I could= se eu pudesse

I would go= eu iria

I would buy= eu compraria

I would send= eu enviaria

I would stay= eu ficaria

I could= eu poderia

I should= eu deveria
