I like to chat on Skype or Google Talk!
When someone I don't know

I: 「I'll」は文法的に合っていますが、「I」のほうが自然です。例えば、「I'll」を使ったら、一般的なことじゃなくて、そのことが未来に起こる場合、そう反応するという意味になります。でも、起こることはよくあるから、「I」を使ったほうがいいです。
