Jeg er tilbake på universitetet ( I am back at the university)
As huset aint as "specific" as the university, one usually include an adjectiv or ownership of the object to the sentence :
Jeg er tilbake i huset mitt ( i am back in my house)
Jeg er tilbake fra huset deres ( i am back from your house)
Jeg er tilbake i det blå huset ( i am back at the blue house)
But like university. Say that the house is someplace you go everyday, and is well known. You could say "tilbake fra huset", in the same way with the university example
