Mi jefe y yo debemos estar en la misma frecuencia, porque compramos la misma notebook con las mismas características opcionales.

Mi gerente y yo debiéramos estar en la misma "onda"(al mismo nivel , en lo mismo) ,ya que compramos la misma computadora,y con las mismas opciones de uso.
Mmm... I think the tense of "debieramos" is incorrect here. In English "must", besides the usual connotation of obligation, also carries the sense of probability. Thus "debemos estar" is better in this case.
Mi jefe y yo estamos en la misma onda, porque hemos comprado un computador portátil con las mismas características opcionales.
