When we say to someone politely, we usually get rid of "YOU/ YOUR" in speaking. so we try not to mention "YOU/YOUR".
we speak in other ways.
for example,
Is this your bag?
--> 이 가방 "선생님" 껀가요? 선생님 is called someone respectfully
or 이 가방 "주인"이세요? (Are you the owner of this bag?)

what is 껀가요 means?
----- 껀가요 is short type of "것인가요?"
~ 것 = the thing of someone's
내 것 = (the thing of) mine
what about 이세요?
----세요 is respectful type of question.
"군인"이세요? = Are you a "soldier"?
