    Hierarchy で 日本語 と Hindi語 が 同じ です。
आप = you - Honorfic (敬語) It is mostly used for elderly but can be used for anyone
तूम = you - polite (丁寧) It is most widely used word for 'you'
तू = you - casual (カジュアル ) Very casual and used for young & very close friends.
The above words आप, तूम, तू are used for any one irrespective of gender.

If you want to ask お元気 ですか you can use either of the following depending on the hierarchy.
    1. आप कैसे है (can be used for either gender but for female you can replace कैसे with कैसी to be more specific)
    2. तूम कैसे हो(Again it can be used for either gender but for female you can replace कैसे with कैसी to be more specific.)
    3. तू कैसा है (for male only)
    4. तू कैसी है (for female only)

You can observe that only the question word 'कैसे' changes with gender:
    'कैसा' for male.
    'कैसी' for female.

Yes it is same for males and females.
Answer should be also same for both genders.
    मैं ठीक हूँ" (Pronounced : mei teeek hun) (I'm fine)
