Have you ever used "have a heavy foot"?
"Usually, it takes me just 10 minutes to drive to school because I have a heavy foot." Can I use the phrase this way?

No, I have never used "heavy foot". Yes, you can use it that way, but I say to have a lead foot. We have many idioms about cars and driving them in America. Step on it, floor it, punch it, are examples of what we do with the foot. They all mean to accelerate as quickly as possible.
