Depends on what part of English you are trying to improve.
If you want to work on verbal skills, find a language partner and practice regularly. Make sure your partner can help you in areas you are weak. Set a goal you want to achieve.
If you want to work on writing, submit a notebook entry and allow others to correct it. Mentally ask yourself why you made mistakes. If you do not understand why, ask others. Try writing various styles, essay, poem, narrative, etc. This will help you diversify and expand your vocabulary.
Depending on your English level, maybe try reading a novel or short story or find an English TV series and watch it, first with subtitles, then without. Get into habits like this.
Good luck!
