it depend on the accent
in fusha it can mean that block used in bulding
but in syrian accent it mean kind of yogurt that it's not liquid

First of all, it's "اللبنة" not "اللبنه"
Second, the accent doesn't really matter... It depends on how you pronounce it...
If you pronounce it "al-labinah", it means "that block used in building" as Sham said.
If you pronounce it "al-labnah", it means strained yogurt.
