What is the best keyboard/software for writing in Russian?

please include links.. I would also prefer to have a physical Russian keyboard. I am unsure how this works so if someone could also explain the process, I would appreciate it very much.

You don’t have to get a new keyboard. You may use keyboard stickers as sanych_des2 said.

Alternatively you can prepare your own labels.

In fact you may buy stickers, but making them yourself lets you personalize the labels. That’s why I preferred to make my own stickers. I used photo editor to redesign the labels about 3 months ago, and I am still using them.

I think, the most important thing is to decide which layout you are going to use.

I like phonetic Russian keyboard layout, but there are many layouts out there on the Internet.

I have been using the following layout without a problem for 2 months:

Of course, you can change your mind and decide to personalize the function of the buttons of this layout or create a new one. To do this, I recommend you try Microsoft keyboard layout creator.

    Hope, it helps…

This link works! I’ve checked it, because it was interesting. You think right: in Russian we all have physical keyboard with double letters and it is no problem!

By the way, I know there are stickers with russian letters on the market, so you could make a russian keyboard by yourself.

    How about on-screen keyboard?
