Hello there,
In reality, nouns (one of which, those medical terms) may or may not have Tagalog terms but normally being described or spoken out in English terms.
" two pairs of semi hepatitis B" may be translated to "dalawa'ng pares ng semi hepatitis B"
"B-ultrasound" and "color Doppler ultrasound" are termed the same way.
the literal (and probably awkward) translation for "where's the liver specialist?" would be "nasaan ang duktor na espesyalista sa atay?" This would sound rather funny but "nasaan ang/'yung liver specialist?" would be quite okay.
:)
