I'm looking for somebody who would like to learn me Japanese?
I think I can speak decent English, so I was hoping to find somebody Japanese who wants to learn English or Dutch/Flemish.

I would strongly recommend sharedtalk.com, it's free and it's basically the same thing than mylanguageexchange.
Or you can also post a message in the skype forums.
Good luck, dude, getting a japanese language partner it's hard, but it is well worth the effort.
