No, there is no word in Persian with this pronunciation "kan".
to mean 'have'='possess' in persian you can use the verb 'dashtan' which is definitive in this form!

We have "kon" in Farsi which derives from "kardan" and its meaning is close to "to do" or "to make". You can add it to adjectives to make verbs out of them. for example "pak" means clean and is an adjective but "pak kardan" means "to clean"."lotfan an ra pak kon!" means "please clean it!"
